Welcome to FixIt (the "Extension"), a software product provided by FixIt.
Your use of the Extension is subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). By installing or using the Extension, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You do not acquire ownership of the Extension, but rather a right to use it.
a. Payments: All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Paddle.com ("Paddle"). We do not store or process your credit card information. Your use of Paddle's payment services is also subject to their terms and privacy policy.
b. Premium License Key: Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique license key to activate the premium features. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. You are prohibited from sharing, selling, or transferring your license key to any other person.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our product, which is delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or credits for any purchase.

The Extension, including its code, graphic design, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of FixIt and is protected by copyright laws.
The Extension is provided "AS IS." We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the Extension at any time, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the Extension after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
